This policy specifies the conditions under which the Maison collects, processes and retains such data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.

2. Data collected
Maison Vehira collects only the data strictly necessary for the processing of its service requests. The data gathered through the request form are:
— First name and surname of the guest or their representative
— Email address
— Telephone number
— Details of the mission desired (dates, locations, nature of service)
— Any other element the guest wishes to communicate
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected are processed exclusively for:
— Responding to requests addressed to the Maison
— Drawing up a quotation and organising the requested service
— Maintaining the relationship with the guest
— Meeting the legal obligations applicable to chauffeured passenger
transport companies
4. Legal basis
The processing of data rests on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the guest's request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), as well as on compliance with legal obligations to which the Maison is subject (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR).
5. Data retention
Guest data are retained for the period strictly necessary to the purpose of the processing. Information relating to a completed mission is kept for five years after the last service, for accounting and tax purposes in compliance with legal obligations. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
The data collected are strictly reserved for the internal use of Maison Vehira. They are in no case sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be communicated, within the strict scope of the mission, to the Maison's chauffeurs designated for the service, and, where applicable, to the competent public authorities in the case of a legal obligation.
7. Security
Maison Vehira implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security suited to the nature of the data processed: HTTPS encryption of the site, restricted access to data, storage on secure servers within the European Union.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have at any time the following rights over your personal data:

a copy of the data the Maison holds about you

10. Cookies
The Maison Vehira site does not use audience measurement cookies, advertising tracking cookies or third-party social network cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be set; they do not require your prior consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
